newly-formed charitable foundation recognized as a 501(c)3
not-for-profit corporation. MINT's mission is to raise
money to fund research on the prevention and cure of mental
health disorders and to educate the general public about the
prevention of mental health disorders and the maintenance of
good mental health. We are striving from the start to
ensure that the highest percentage possible of the money donated
to MINT goes to funding our charitable purpose, research &
